Escape the Nest!

You’re invited to an evening cocktail party at The Wren’s Nest, in West End, Atlanta. But be forewarned: Joel Chandler Harris, the previous owner of the house, is a notorious prankster! Famous for his Brer Rabbit stories, Harris is arguably just as tricky as his beloved character. His ghost treads through the house looking for his next prank victim, locking doors behind his guests and only letting them out if they can solve his clues. Are you up for the challenge?

The Wren’s Nest invites you to Brer Rabbit, Blues, and BBQ, a fun-filled afternoon of amazing storytelling, delicious food, cold beer, and toe-tappin’ blues! This year, we will be hosting this family-friendly event at our own house museum so you can tour the home, explore the grounds, and enjoy all of the festivities. Each ticket includes admission for one to the house and grounds, as well as a BBQ lunch, 2 beers, and other refreshments thanks to DAS BBQ and SweetWater Brewing Company!
