June 28 & July 26: Jazz Matters Concerts

After a year's hiatus, The Wren’s Nest is pleased to welcome Jazz Matters back to our outdoor stage this summer for two Friday night concerts. The first will be on June 28: a tribute to the sounds of Philadelphia jazz and soul, featuring the music of the renowned songwriting duo of Gamble and Huff.

The second show, on July 26, celebrates Jazz, Cool, Smooth & Soulful, with special guest Tony Hightower and a tribute to bassists Stanley Clarke, Jaco Pastorius & Ron Carter, featuring Edwin Williams.

Jazz Matters has been staging shows at The Wren’s Nest for the past decade, and we’re happy to bring them back.
